Very clean and great personnel. The location was close to downtown, so it was close to restaurants and other amenities. It was quiet, although that might have had something to do with it being the off-season.

The location was perfect. Our cruise was right across the street. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff was very nice and they had someone to help book excursions in the lobby.

We were able to get early check in which was wonderful after our long trip. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great location, right across the street from Uncruise - the cruise we went on. Easy walk to downtown - 2 minutes. A little pricey, but everything is in Juneau.

The location was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was by the elevator but very quite!

We stayed at 4 Points for 2 nights prior to getting on the Nat Geo Cruise and it was an excellent location to explore Juneau as it was so close to great food, shops and Centennial Hall where we checked in for the cruise. Our room was large and comfy and I was able to workout in the mornings.

What a stupid question. There was no breakfast and no restaurant operating during our 3 night stay.
